The death has occurred of
Desmond (Des) FitzGerald
FITZGERALD, DESMOND (Des) Glenageary, Co Dublin and formerly Waterford City, passed away peacefully on October 20th, 2025 following a short stay in the kind care of the staff of the Four Ferns Nursing Home, Foxrock. Beloved husband of Lily (deceased), loving father of Tom, Fiona and Sinéad. Will be sadly missed by his children, daughter-in-law Ann-Marie, son-in-law Karl, adored grandchildren Anna, Mark, Lily-Mae, Oscar, Skye, Max, Maya and Tristan, long-time neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at the home of Fiona & Karl Butler, Linden, Brighton Road, Foxrock, D18X0Y7 on Tuesday, (October 21st) from 5-8pm. Removal Wednesday (October 22nd) to Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, Johnstown Road, Killiney, arriving for 10am Funeral Mass which can be viewed on www.churchservices.tv/johnstownourlady followed by cremation in Mount Jerome Crematorium. Family flowers only.
