The death has occurred of
Desmond (Des) GUNNING
GUNNING, Desmond (Des), late of Churchtown, passed away peacefully, at home, surrounded by his loving family, on the 3rd of June 2025. Beloved husband of Alison and loving father of Amy, the late David, Jenny and Samantha; he will be very sadly missed by his wife, daughters, his brothers and sisters, sons-in-law Rory, Ger and Richard, cherished grandchildren Annabel, Jack, Hannah, Harrison and Chloe, his mother-in-law Patsy and all his extended family, neighbours and friends.

Desmond will be reposing at the Larry Massey Funeral Home, Eden Centre, Grange Road, Rathfarnham, on Tuesday evening (June 10th) from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on Wednesday morning (June 11th) to the Church of the Good Shepherd, Churchtown, arriving for 10am Mass, followed by burial in Kilternan Cemetery.
