Desmond (Des) Murray

Murray Desmond (Des), 11th March 2023, Beechfield Close, Walkinstown and formerly of Moeran Road, Walkinstown and Ernst & Young, slipped away peacefully, in the kind care of the staff of St. James’s Hospital; beloved husband of Kay, loving dad of Paul, Bryan and Conor and a much loved grandad and great-grandad of Richard, Gillian, Gerald, Lynda, Roberta, Chelsey, Grace, Georgia May, Eva, Cian, Cillian, Ben, Aoibhinn, Moya, Colm, AJ and Erin.

Des will be forever loved and very sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughters-in-law Susan, Ann and Karen, sisters Mary, Sr. Angela and Valerie, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and his large circle of friends.

Reposing at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, Crumlin Village on Tuesday from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 11.30am in St. Agnes’s Church, Crumlin Village followed by burial in Newlands Cross Cemetery.
