Desmond (Des) Scanlan
Desmond (Des) Scanlan, Duntaheen, Fermoy, Co. Cork, late of Killaloe Co. Clare.
Late of Teagasc.
Des passed away suddenly, but peacefully, at his home. Beloved husband and best friend of Mabel, dear father of Brian and the late Gerard, brother of the late Eithne (Enright) and Kevin. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, son, daughter-in-law Deirdre, loving grandchildren Ellie and Jane, sisters Geraldine (Ward), Nuala (Brehany), brothers Fintan and Fergus, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Rest in Peace
Reposing at Ronayne's Funeral Home Fermoy Sunday 3.30.pm. - 5.00.pm. followed by removal to St. Patrick's Church Fermoy. Requiem Mass Monday at 12 noon funeral afterwards to Kilcrumper new cemetery.
