The death has occurred of Desmond (Dessie) Carroll, Carrigeen, Clonmel and formerly Cahir, Co Tipperary.
Dessie passed away unexpectedly on Sunday 23rd November 2025 following a fire at his home. He is pre-deceased by his parents. He will be sadly missed by his partner Pat, extended family and his many friends.

Reposing at Condons Funeral Parlour, Clonmel on Monday 15th December 2025 from 5.00pm to 7.00pm. Removal on Tuesday to Ss. Peter & Paul’s Church. Funeral Mass on arrival at 11.00am. Those who cannot attend can watch live via the Ss. Peter & Paul’s Church livestream service https://www.churchservices.tv/clonmelpeterpaul. Cremation will take place afterwards in the Island Crematorium, Cork at 2.00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to P.A.W.S. Animal Rescue. Please wear bright colours at Dessie’s funeral to celebrate the joy and colour he brought to the lives of so many.
