Desmond (Dessie) FARRELL
Desmond (Dessie) FARRELL, Grange Lawns, Mullingar, (formerly of 6. St. Anthony's Cottages) June 24, 2023 (peacefully) after a short illness, bravely borne, surrounded by his loving family at his home. Pre-deceased by his parents Peter and Margaret, sisters Roseleen, and Tina, brothers Michael and Martin and nephew Conor. Beloved husband of Rose, Dessie will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, daughter Sonia and sons Dessie Jnr. Peter, Thomas, David and Roger, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, his heartbroken brother James and sisters Patricia, Julie and Margaret, sister-in-law Elizabeth, son-in-law Alanis, daughters-in-law Mary-Therese, Caroline, Dominica, Louise and Rachel, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, neighbours and wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Shaw's Funeral Home, Bishopsgate St., Mullingar, on Monday June 26, from 4.00 o'c. concluding with prayers at 6.30 o'c.
Cremation will take place on Tuesday afternoon at 12.30 o'c in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan.

Dessie's brother Patrick (Pat) sadly passed away unexpectedly, but peacefully, this morning in the Midland Regional Hospital, Mullingar.
