The death has occurred of Desmond (Dessie) Fitzgerald of 5 Singland Villas, Garryowen, Limerick.
Dessie will be sadly missed by his loving wife Marie, his children Eamon, Maeve, Fiona, Des and Ciaran, his 10 grand children, sons and daughters in law, his sister Kitty and brother Stephen, nieces, nephews, extended family and his wide circle of friends.

Dessie will be reposing at his home from 4pm to 8pm on Wednesday the 16th of February, with removal from his home on Thursday morning arriving for requiem mass at St Johns Cathedral for 11am, and thereafter to Shannon Crematorium for cremation ceremony at 1pm.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the Milford hospice home care team, the Irish Cancer Society and the Care Bright Home care team for their dedication and care for Dessie.
