McCARTHY (Model Farm Road, Cork): On September 13th 2025, Peacefully surrounded by his family, DESMOND, loving husband of Theresa (Née O’Donovan), cherished father of Shona (Daly), Kieran, Niall and Eoin and brother of William and Mary.

Sadly missed by his loving wife and children, son-in-law Padraig, daughters-in-law Elaine and Oonagh, his adoring grandchildren Grace, Laura, Mark, Robert, Rachel, Kate, Hazel, Emily and Nicola, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at the Wilton Funeral Home, Sarsfield Road of Jerh. O'Connor Ltd; On Monday (September 15th) from 2.00pm to 3.00pm.

Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Tuesday (September 16th) in the Church of the Holy Spirit, Dennehys Cross, Cork which can be viewed
