The death has occurred of
Desmond Smith
Smith, Desmond (Des, Dessie), 28th June 2025 (Ballyfermot and formerly of Crumlin & Inchicore), (Peacefully), surrounded by his loving family in St. James Hospital. Predeceased by his beloved wife Kathleen. Loving Dad of Des, Robert and Richard, sadly missed by his sons, brother, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great granddaughter, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Staffords Funeral Home, Ballyfermot on Thursday 3rd July from 3pm to 5pm.
A celebration of Des’ life will take place on Friday 4th July at 11am in Staffords Funeral Home, Ballyfermot, followed by burial in Esker Cemetery.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Dementia Ireland.
