DESMOND SULLIVAN

DESMOND  SULLIVAN (Dessie K.), of Ballylickey, Bantry and Ballinakilla,  Bere Island, passed away peacefully at Marymount Hospice, Cork in the presence of his loving son Jonathan, beloved husband the late Margaret (née Connolly), dear father of Jonathan and father-in law to Mairead, much loved grandfather of Cian and Eoin. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his family, extended family, relatives, kind neighbours, and friends.

Dessie’s funeral will take place in accordance with Government and HSE guidelines. Funeral cortege will leave his home on Monday Aug. 31, at 11am approx.  (via N71) to St Finbarr’s Church, Bantry for a private Requiem Mass at 12nnoon to be live streamed on www.bantryparish.ie, followed by private Cremation Service at the Island Crematorium Ringaskiddy. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired to Marymount Hospice Cork https://www.marymount.ie/get-involved/donate.
