Desmond Wynne

On 8th August 2024 in Bon Secours Hospital, Glasnevin. Surrounded by his loving family, following a short illness bravely borne. Des, beloved husband of Hilda, much loved father of Conor, Celine, Emma, Des Jnr, Andrew and Seán. Pre-deceased by his son-in-law Sid and grandchild Katie-Rose. He will be sadly missed by his family, brother Peter, sister Ursula, grandchildren Daisy, Darragh, Grace, Callum, Maya, Seina, Lucia, Mila, Morgan-May, Chloe and Harper, daughters-in-law Ekaterina, Emer and Aislinn, sister-in-law Susie, nieces and nephew, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at the Kirwan Funeral Home, Fairview Strand on Sunday (11th August) from 3pm until 5pm. Funeral on Monday (12th August) in St. Anthony’s Church, Clontarf arriving for 10am Requiem Mass. Cremation afterwards in Glasnevin Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations, in lieu, to the Irish Cancer Society.
