The death has occurred of
Diarmuid McCarthy
On the 9th July 2022, Diarmuid passed away peacefully at home in the presence of his loving family. Beloved husband and best friend of Breda (nee Cullinane) and dear father of Jonathan, Diarmuid (Joey) and Jason. Sadly missed by his wife and sons, daughters-in-law Grace, Anna and Katherine, his adored grandchildren Rebecca, Ben, Conall, Sophie, Paddy, Liadh and Tess, brother, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews and nieces, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.
Reposing in St. Gobnait’s Church, Ballyvourney from 6pm on Sunday 10th July with prayers at 8pm. Diarmuid’s Funeral Mass (which can be viewed online http://www.munsterfunerallivestream.ie/diarmuid-mc-carthy) will take place in St. Gobnait’s Church, Ballyvourney, at 1pm on Monday 11th July followed by cremation at the Island Crematorium at 4pm.
