DJ Courtney
COURTNEY (Bluid, Castlehaven): on March 26th 2023 peacefully at Bantry General Hospital. DJ beloved husband of the late Marie, much loved father of Fergus, Aine, Marion, Orla and the late Denis and brother of the late Donal. Sadly missed by his loving family, daughters-in-law Yvette and Martina, sons-in-law Jim, Finbarr and Diarmuid, grandchildren Rory, Daniel, Donagh, Aoife, Amy, Hannah, Katie, Aaron and DJ, sister Helen, sister-in-law Anne, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends.
Rosary at his residence in Bluid, Castlehaven on Monday, March 27th 2023, at 9pm. Reposing at Hurley & O’Sullivan’s Funeral Home, Skibbereen on Tuesday, March 28th 2023, from 7pm to 9pm followed by Prayers. Reception into St. Barrahane’s Church, Castlehaven on Wednesday, March 29th 2023, at 12.50pm followed by Requiem Mass at 1pm. Burial afterwards at Castlehaven New Cemetery.
