Dolores Chalke (née O’Byrne), Castlebourke, Clogher, Co. Mayo and formerly of Suncroft Co. Kildare and Blanchardstown Dublin 15. Peacefully passed away at her residence on 6th January 2024. Deeply missed by her husband Padraic and her children Stephen, Sarah, Aaron and Ruth, her sister’s Cathleen, Reilin, Eileen, Bríd, Eithne and brother’s Peter and Seamus, grandchildren Mya, Éire, Donnacha and Iarlaith, daughter’s in law, brothers in-law, sisters-in law, nieces, nephews, relatives, extended family, friends and neighbours. Predeceased by her parents Sean and Annie O’Byrne, brother Sean and sisters Máire, Anna, Margaret, Olive and Deirdre.

Reposing at her residence on Monday 8th January, from 5pm to 8pm, accessible only via a shuttle bus service operating from Ballintubber Abbey Carpark. Arriving to Castlebar Christian Fellowship, The Mall, Castlebar, Co. Mayo for a service celebrating Dolores’ life on Tuesday 9th January at 11am. Burial afterwards to Ballintubber Cemetery, Ballintubber. Donations if desired to Mayo/Roscommon Hospice https://www.hospice.ie/donations/.
