COSTELLO (née Blount), DOLORES, Inner City, (formerly of Sheriff Street), a proud Dublin 1 lady all her life, passed away peacefully at home, as she so wished for, surrounded by her devoted family. Pre-deceased by her dearest parents Kathleen and Richard and her brother Shay (recently passed).

 

DOLORES will be deeply missed by her loving husband and best friend Michael, adored children Jason, Michell and Mark, cherished grandchildren, treasured great-granddaughter, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, a large extended family, many many lifelong friends and close neighbours.

The Costello family would like to thank Anita who was such a good friend to Dolores down through the years and who became such a comfort to them helping to care for Dolores at her time of need.

Dolores will repose at her Residence on

THURSDAY 13th November, 2025 from 5pm to 7pm

Funeral Mass will take place on FRIDAY 14th November, 2025 at 10am

Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Sean McDermott Street, Dublin 1

Followed by Burial at Glasnevin Cemetery (St. Paul's Graveyard Section), Dublin 11
