Dolores Easthope

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our wonderful sister Dolores Easthope (née Kelly) on February 28th 2026, peacefully at Arcare Aged Care, Croydon, Melbourne, Australia after a short illness.

Dolores grew up in The Liberties and went to school in Weaver Square before eventually moving to Australia. She was lovingly cared for at Arcare and previously at St. Vincent’s Private Hospital Fitzroy and also by family and friends. Predeceased by her loving husband Ray Easthope, sister Lily and brothers John (Seán) and Martin.

Deeply missed by her sister Angela, brother Eugene and sister- in- law Catherine, nieces, nephews and many friends in Melbourne and Ireland.

The funeral service will take place at 11am local Melbourne time on Friday 13th March (starting at midnight on Thursday 12th March Irish time.
