Dolores Marlene Stephenson
It is with great sadness that the family and friends of Dolores Marlene Stephenson announces her passing on 21st of December 2025
Dolores passed away peacefully at Mercy University Hospital
Dolores will be lovingly remembered by her mother Irene and daughter Irene, grandchildren Sean, Oscar and Ria, brother, sisters, son in law Sean and lifelong friend Beverly
Dolores was educated as a textile designer in London. Dolores moved to Ireland where she became an artist, singer, author and poet. She was passionate about jazz music in later life and sang at Cork Jazz Festival in the Metropole Hotel.
Dolores will repose at Cahill’s Funeral Home, Newtown Rd., Cobh P24Y383 on Monday December 22nd from 5pm until 6pm. Removal will take place on Tuesday December 23rd at 10am to The Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy for 11am service
