Dolorous Harrison
(née Sparling)

The death has occurred of Dolorous Harrison née Sparling, Thorndale Close, Kingscourt, Co. Cavan and formerly of Newgrange Road, Dublin and Moorehall Lodge, Ardee, peacefully, after a brief illness and surrounded by her family and the caring and compassionate staff at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, 2nd February 2021. Deeply regretted by her husband Michael and her daughters Mary, Katherine, Susan and Fiona. Sadly missed by her brother Brendan, sister Johanna, grandchildren Michael, Martha, Sinead, Michael and Matthew, sons-in-law Dermot and Mick, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Rest In Peace

Due to government advice regarding public gatherings a private funeral mass will take place for family in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Kingscourt with cremation afterwards in Glasnevin Crematorium.

Dolorous's funeral cortège will travel from the Rocks Road, Kingscourt to the Church of the Immaculate Conception via Main Street and Hall Street, Kingscourt on Saturday morning, 6th February, at 9.40 am approximately. Friends and neighbours are very welcome to line that route in a safe and socially distanced manner as a mark of respect.
