Dominic (Dom) Shaw

The death has occurred of Dominic (Dom) Shaw, St. Kevin’s Place, Dartry, Dublin 6 and late of Monasterevin, Co. Kildare and Dundalk, Co. Louth. Retired member of An Garda Siochana who gave 37 years service. Peacefully, at St. James’ hospital, Dublin. Dom will be sadly missed by his sons Richard, Alan and Mark, daughter Aisling, daughter-in-law Deirdre, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother Billy, cousins, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Our Lady’s Chapel, Monasterevin (W34 N599) from 4pm until 8pm on Wednesday with the Rosary at 8pm. Reposing at his son Richards home on Thursday (No. 4 Gleann na Riogh Grove, Naas W91XTE8) from 4pm until 8pm with the Rosary at 8pm. Funeral Mass on Friday at 12 o’clock in St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Dundalk followed by burial in St. Patrick’s cemetery, Dowdallshill.
