Donal Fitzgerald

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Donal Fitzgerald of Rush, Co. Dublin and formerly of Malahide. 1st March 2026.

Donal will be forever loved and sadly missed by his devoted wife Nuala, his cherished daughters Saoirse and Ciara, and his sons Gary and Kevin. He was a proud and loving grandfather to Charlie, Daisy, Amelia, Tadhg, Freddie, Cillian, Meadow, Fiadh and Everleigh, whose laughter and presence brought immense joy to his life.

He will be deeply missed by his sister Siobhan, his sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, and his wide circle of friends, along with all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Donal will be remembered for his kindness, warmth, and the love he shared so generously with his family and friends.

May Donal Rest In Peace.

Reposing at Fitzgerald’s Funeral Directors, Channel Rd, Rush on Tuesday evening from 7pm to 9pm. A service to celebrate Donal's life will take place on Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 pm in Dardistown Crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to St. Francis Hospice Raheny.
