Donal FitzGibbon

Peacefully in the company of his loving family while in the tender care of the nurses and staff at the Curragh Lawn Nursing Home. Forever loved and missed by his son Dan and his daughter Aisling and their mother Caroline, his sister Valerie, his brother Gerald, Dan’s partner Dearbhla, brother-in-law Michael, sister-in-law Orla, nieces and nephews Paul, Louise, Laura, Danielle, Maurice and Aoife, grandniece and grandnephews, extended family, friends, the Scouting community and his former colleagues. Donal is predeceased by his parents Dan and Madeleine and his brother Adrian.

Donal will repose at Fanagans Funeral Home, Willbrook, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14 on Wednesday 31st December 2025 from 3pm to 5pm, Funeral Mass will take place in the church of St. Bridget, Kill, Co. Kildare on Thursday 1st January 2026 at 10am followed by burial at Mount Venus Cemetery.
