The death has occurred of Donal K Whelan, Dromineer, Co.Tipperary formerly of Summerhill, Nenagh. On December 1st 2025, peacefully, surrounded by family after a short illness bravely fought.

Beloved husband of Marie (née McGrath); sadly missed by his children Simon, Sarah and Naomi, daughter in law Sharon, son in law Colin Fernandez, cherished grandchildren Olivia and Hugo, nephews, relatives and friends. Predeceased by his parents Jackie and Sadie Whelan and his brother Sean.

Reposing at JJ Ryan Funeral Home (E45 KN93) Nenagh, on Wednesday 3rd December from 5pm to 7pm. Requiem Mass in St Mary's Church, Nenagh at 11am on Thursday 4th December. Livestream of this Mass can be viewed in the link below. followed by burial at Dromineer graveyard.
