Donal O'Carroll

Donal O’Carroll, Knockanish East, The Spa, Tralee, Co. Kerry, died peacefully on February 9th, 2026, beloved son of Noreen and the late Dan, cherished brother of Eileen, Vera, Maura, Tommy, Geraldine, Fintan and Aidan and brother-in-law of Tommy (Sheehy) and T.J. (Moynihan).

Sadly missed by his loving family, nephews, nieces, grand-nephews, grand-nieces, aunts, uncles, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Rest in Peace.

Funeral arriving to The Church of The Purification, Churchill, on Wednesday morning at 11:30 a.m. where the Requiem Mass for Donal will be celebrated at 12 noon (streamed on https://churchmedia.tv/churchill). Interment afterwards in Realt Na Mara Cemetery, Churchill.

Donations in lieu of flowers to CCU and Skellig Ward, University Hospital Kerry.

Donal’s family would like to acknowledge the incredible care, love and support Donal received throughout his life from his parents Noreen and Dan and in later years while residing with his sister Geraldine, her husband T.J. and their family Tom, Jack, Emma and Teddy and also the wonderful staff at St. Louis’ Nursing Home, Tralee.
