Donal Shanaghy, Corlismore, Ballinagh, Co Cavan died on Thursday 13th November peacefully at the Mater Hospital, Dublin surrounded by his loving family. Will forever be missed by his loving wife Marcella, his children Elaine (Neil), Donal (Orla), Michèal (Dearbhla) and Oliver, his adored grandchildren Erin, Senan, Odhran and Bobby, his sister Margaret, brothers Liam and Sean (Eileen), daughters in-law, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, neighbours, relatives and a wide circle of friends. Pre-deceased by his parents Daniel and Nellie, his brother Michael and sister in law Bernadette.

Family home private please to family, neighbours and friends. Reposing at Lakelands Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Cavan on Wednesday evening from 5.00pm until 8.00pm. Requiem Mass on Thursday at 12.00 noon in St Michael’s Church, Potahee, interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery
