Donald (Don) Lyons

LYONS (Lehenaghmore and late of Bishopstown, Cork): On March 12th, 2023, unexpectedly, at home DONALD (Don), (former Prof. in U.C.C & University of North Texas) dear son of Noreen and the late Thomas.

Sadly missed by his loving mother, son Tomás, Tomás partner Taylor, sisters Carmel, Margaret and Fiona, brothers Tom and Michael, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, Tomás's mother Jean, and friends in Ireland & Texas especially Daisy.

Reposing at the Wilton Funeral Home, Sarsfield Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd: On Thursday (March 16th)  from 11.00am to 12.00noon

followed by

Requiem Mass at 1.00pm in the Church of the Real Presence, Curraheen Road which can be viewed 

here

Funeral afterwards to St. Oliver’s Cemetery, Model Farm Road.
