The death has occurred of Donie (Patrick) Sheridan, Wateraughey, Corlismore, Co Cavan. Wednesday April 1st, peacefully at Cavan General Hospital surrounded by his loving family in the wonderful care of the doctors, nurses, and staff of Surgical 1 and the Palliative care team.

Pre-deceased by his sister Rita Quinn and infant brother Gerard, his parents Patrick and Minnie, his niece Amy Sheridan.

Beloved and devoted husband of Bridie and loving father of Raymond (Laura Pearson), Frances (Steven Smith) and Olivia (Trevor Cartwright), his adored grandchildren Paudie, Joe, Jake, Aly, Kacey and Éalla, brothers Jim and Tom, sisters Eileen Shanaghy and Mary Sheridan, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, neighbours, relatives, and wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Lakeland’s Funeral Home, Dublin Road Cavan (H12RF78), on Thursday April 2nd from 5.00pm until 7.00pm. Burial after 12.30pm mass in St Michael’s Church Potahee, on Sunday April 5th.
