Ó DÚLAING Donncha (Stillorgan Road, Dublin 4, formerly Charleville, Co. Cork and retired RTE Broadcaster) September 4th, 2021. Peacefully, in Foxrock Nursing Home, Dublin. Beloved husband of the late Vera, father of the late Sinéad and brother of the late Sr. Mary Dowling. Sadly missed by sons Feargal, Ruairí, Dónal and Donncha, son-in-law Eddie, sister Kitty and by his daughters-in-law Dervilla, Lorraine, Anne and Lorraine, grandchildren Cian, Aisling, Caoilfhionn, Ruairí, Sinéad, Diarmaid, Finnán and Bláthnaid, extended family and friends. Our sincere thanks to the wonderful and caring staff at Foxrock Nursing Home for their care and kindness.

Due to current government restrictions, a family funeral will take place privately, but can be viewed online on Wednesday (September 8th 2021) at 10am using the following link: https://www.merrionroadchurch.ie/live-webcam/. As a mark of respect to his career, Donncha’s funeral cortège will be passing RTE on Nutley Lane at 9.30am approximately. Those who would have liked to attend the funeral but due to current restrictions cannot, are invited to leave a personal message in the Condolences section below.
