Donnchadh Ó Corráin
Ó CORRÁIN (Cork and Kerry): On October 25th, 2017, peacefully at home, in Bishopscourt Lawn, Bishopstown, DONNCHADH, (Emeritus Professor of Medieval History, U.C.C.), dearly loved husband of Fidelma (Maguire) and much loved father of Tiarnán, Saorla, Gormla and Aengus and loving grandfather of Tadhg and Oscar. Sadly missed by his loving wife and family, daughter-in-law Amy, brothers Humphrey, Patrick, Teddy, Seamus, Thomas and John, sisters Noreen and Paschaline, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, colleagues and friends.
House strictly private other than the reposing at his home on (Friday) from 3.00 pm to 7.00pm followed by removal prayers to the Church of the Holy Spirit, Dennehy’s Cross. Requiem Mass at 12 noon on (Saturday). Cremation will take place privately. No flowers, please.
