LOFTUS (née Kerr) Doris (Mount Merrion, Co. Dublin and formerly of Kilkee, Co. Clare) January 30, 2026. Passed away peacefully, in her 100th year, surrounded by her daughters, in the tender, loving and exceptional care of the nuns, nurses, carers, and all the staff in the Holy Family Residence, Little Sisters of the Poor, Roebuck.

Predeceased by her husband Val and son Tom. She will be sadly missed by her daughters, Anne (Braum), Rosie (Loftus), Liz (Loftus), Patricia (Madden) and June (Meehan), sons-in-law and partners, her sister-in-law Moya Kerr, as well as her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and amazing friends and neighbours.

Reposing on Tuesday evening, February 3, from 5 pm to 7 pm at Rom Massey & Sons Funeral Home, 6 Cranford Centre, Stillorgan Road, D04 X446 (opposite UCD Flyover) (or view on Google Maps by clicking this map link).

Funeral Mass on Wednesday morning, February 4, at 10 am in the Church of St. Thérèse, Mount Merrion, followed by cremation at Mount Jerome Crematorium.
