BEACOM, Dorothy (née Conway, Ballisodare), (Terenure, Dublin and Strandhill, Co. Sligo) – December 31st, 2021. Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, under the care of the staff at the Mater Hospital. Beloved wife of Mark, devoted mother to Robert and Isabel. She will be deeply mourned by her family, sisters Margaret and Katherine, brother John, sisters-in-law Annelise and Rosemary, brothers-in-law Giovanni and John, nephews Matthew, Jack and Lucca, relatives, great friends and neighbours. Dorothy was enthusiastic about life and left a lasting impact on everyone she met. Her energy and spirit knew no bounds.

Rest in Peace

Reposing at the family home on Wednesday (January 5th) from 5:30pm to 7:30pm, for family and friends. Removal on Thursday morning (January 6th) to Terenure College Chapel arriving for 11am Mass. Afterwards, the cortège will travel to Sligo, where burial will take place at St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Scarden, Co. Sligo. Estimated time of arrival is 3:30pm. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to the Irish Lung Fibrosis Association (ILFA).
