Douglas (Dougie) Quinn

(Predeceased by his father John).
Suddenly, to the inexpressible grief of his loving wife Carmel, children David, Brian, Siobhan and Niall and their partners Martina, Siobhan and David.
Devoted and doting grandfather, he will be sadly missed by his deeply saddened grandchildren Cian, Eve, Harry, Olivia and Èanna,
heartbroken and ever-loving mother Joan, brothers Peter, James, Michael, David and Kevin, sisters Margaret, Anne, Pauline and Mary and their partners, his many nieces, nephews and friends.
Due to government and HSE guidelines regarding public gatherings, a private family funeral will take place in St Brendan’s Cathedral on Wednesday at 12 o’clock (streamed online at loughreacathedral.ie or at churchservices.tv/loughrea) followed by burial in Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
Due to government and HSE guidelines regarding public gatherings outside St Brendan’s Cathedral, Barrack Street, Loughrea, if people would wish to form a guard of honour on the route of the funeral Cortège as a mark of respect for the Quinn family, this guard of honour will start from the far side of the Convent gates on Cross Street so as not to disrupt traffic at the junction for the Lake Road keeping a minimum of two metre’s apart at all times.
