James died peacefully at home on Tuesday, 17 December surrounded by his loving family. Most beloved husband of Olive and adored father of Mary Margaret, Anna, Sarah, Katie and Pippy. Best grandad in the world to Charlie, Guy, Poesie, Pia, Roman, Ava, Jimmy, Lottie, Madison and Ryan. Greatly loved by his sister Linda, sons-in-law, extended family and friends. “Here’s to us, who’s like us. Damn few.” - Rabbie Burns.

Funeral to arrive to The Church of the Assumption, Thomastown on Friday, 20 December for 11am Requiem Mass; followed by interment in St Kieran's Cemetery, Tullaherin, Co Kilkenny.
