The death has occurred of
Dr James (Jim) BARNES
Peacefully, in his 94th year, in the care of Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross. Beloved husband of the late Joan and much loved father of Brian, Gerard, Louise, Vincent, Anne and Emer. Very sadly missed by his loving family, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, 15 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, sister Nora, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives and friends.
Reposing at his daughter Louise’s home on Sunday afternoon (16 Feb) from 4 pm to 6 pm. Removal on Monday morning (17 Feb) to the Church of the Holy Name, Beechwood Avenue arriving for Funeral Mass at 11 am followed by burial in St Brigid’s Church of Ireland Churchyard, Castleknock.
