Dr. Jeffrey (Jeff) Smith

Smith, Doctor Jeffrey (Jeff), died on 8th March 2026, (Malahide and formerly of Cardiff Wales), peacefully after a short illness, surrounded by his loving family and in the wonderful care of the staff at Beaumont Hospital. Beloved husband of Catherine (Cathy) and cherished father of Alex. Predeceased by his beloved mother-in-law Cathleen McCormack, dear father-in-law Billy McCormack, and his loving Welsh grandparents. Very sadly missed by his wife, son, mother Valerie, sister Victoria, brother Nigel, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends, neighbours and his beloved dog Bagel. Special mention to his great friend and colleague Pranshul. House Private.

Reposing at Staffords Funeral Home, Golf links Road Portmarnock on Saturday afternoon 14th March 2026 from 2pm to 4pm. Removal on Monday morning to the Church of Sacred Heart Seabury, Malahide, arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am followed by cremation in Dardistown Crematorium.
