On the 28th of April 2024, Jeremiah passed away in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. He will be sadly missed by his loving and devoted wife Dymphna, children Colin, Sheila, Christine, and Jeremiah Jr. Pre-deceased by his parents Michael and Margaret, brother of Pat and Catherine, and the late Michael, James, Eugene, Eileen, Mary and Peggy.

Jerry will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his family, grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughter in-law, brothers and sisters in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at the Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes (Westboro), 403 Richmond Road, Ottawa on Monday, May 6th 2024, at noon (Eastern Daylight Time) - 5pm Irish Standard Time.
