The death has occurred of
Dr John Anthony (Tony) Claffey
Formerly Fardrum, Athlone, Co Westmeath.
Peacefully, in his 96th year.
Predeceased by his brother Paddy and sister Mary.
His passing is deeply regretted by his sister Anna, nieces, Miriam Ormond and Ethel Doolin, nephews Justin Claffey and Damien Claffey, cousins Peter Quigley and Mary Fahy, grandnieces, grandnephews, neighbours, many friends and wide circle of academic colleagues.

Reposing at Glynn's Funeral Home, High Street, Tuam this Sunday evening from 5.30 pm to 7.00pm followed by Removal to The Cathedral of the Assumption , Tuam.
Funeral Mass on Monday at 11.30 am with Funeral proceeding to Cornamagh cemetery, Athlone.
