The death has occurred of
Dr Jose VARAS
VARAS – Dr Jose (Cherrywood, formerly of Santiago, Chile), March 24th 2025, unexpectedly; very much loved husband and best friend of Natalija, adored Dad of Rafael and Matias, cherished son of Jose and Cecilia and brother of Daniel. Loved and remembered always by his family in Chile and Croatia, his wonderful and supportive colleagues in The Mater Hospital, the wider family members and so many friends.
May he rest in peace.
Reposing in Fanagans Funeral Home, Lr. Kimmage Road (D6W N279) on Saturday (March 29) from 3pm to 5pm – you are welcome to join us.
Funeral Mass on Monday (March 31) at 11 am in Church of the Holy Rosary, Harold’s Cross, afterwards to Mount Jerome Garden Chapel for cremation at 12.45 pm.
