Dr Liam Pádraig Convery

Paediatric consultant, Dublin Dental Hospital, Trinity College Dublin. Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and in the excellent care of the Dementia Unit in Gascoigne House Nursing Home, Rathgar. Beloved husband of Hazel (née Hird) and much loved father of Máire, Aileen, Karen, and Sheila. He will be greatly missed by his loving family, sons-in-law Rory and Tony, grandchildren Murrough, Calum, Joe, Odhran, Aoibh, and Shona, his brother Frank, his sister Síle, his late sisters Máire and Nora, his sister-in-law Janet, brother-in-law Brian, nieces, nephews and extended family. Mourned by a wide circle of friends and neighbours, including the mountaineering and choral communities to which he was dedicated over many years.

Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum on Tuesday evening (9th January) from 6pm to 8pm. Removal on Wednesday morning (10th January) to the Church of St. Thérèse, Mount Merrion arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am (which can be viewed at https://www.mountmerrionparish.ie/webcam/).
