The death has occurred of Dr. Paul Connolly, Countryside Acres, Kinvara, Co. Galway, and Chapelizod Dublin (formerly CEO, Marine Institute, Rinnville, Oranmore).
Peacefully at Galway Hospice at 11 p.m. on the 4th of January 2026, following an illness bravely borne.
Sadly missed by his wife Maria, his children Mairead, Siobhan and Brendan and Mairead’s partner Ollie.
and all the Connolly and Hannagan families, his relatives neighbours and friends.
May he rest in Peace

A celebration of life service will be held in Shannon Crematorium V14 PV30, this Wednesday 7th January 2026 at 4 p.m.
