Dr. Peter Murphy

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Peter at his residence in Windsor, England after an illness bravely borne on 7th February. Pre-deceased in death by his kind and lovely wife Dilys and his parents Larry and Evelyn Murphy. Survived by his sisters Bernie, Grace and Susan. He leaves behind a large circle of family and friends in England, Ireland and the United States. He was supported by many wonderful friends, neighbours, especially John and Joy, Claire, Peter, Martin and Jane.

Cremation Service for Peter shall take place at Slough Crematorium U.K. at 11am on Monday 9th March 2026. Funeral Mass shall take place on Saturday 14th March at 11am in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Kanturk, Co. Cork after which the ashes of Peter and his late wife Dilys shall be buried in the adjoining cemetery. Donations in lieu of flowers to Thames Hospice, Maidenhead, United Kingdom or to a charity of your choice.
