Sam passed away on Friday September 13th, peacefully at home.
Beloved wife to Colm, mother to Caspar and Sionna, sister to Martin.
Sam will forever be loved and missed by her family, friends and neighbours.
Reposing at Griffin’s Funeral Home, John’s Gate, on Wednesday 18th September, from 2pm to 3pm. Arriving to Shannon Crematorium for Funeral Service at 4pm.
There is a light that never goes out.
