The death has occurred of
Dr. Tom O'Callaghan
Dr. Tom O'Callaghan, Green Road, Dromiskin, Dundalk, Co. Louth (formerly Milltown, Dublin), 22nd July 2013, peacefully, at home. Dr Tom, beloved husband of Ann (née Kelly) and dear father of Gareth and Evelyn. Deeply regretted by his wife, son, daughter, son-in-law Allan, daughter-in-law Janet, grandchildren Julia and Amy, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Reposing at his home from 4pm until 8pm on Tuesday. Removal on Wednesday to St. Fursey’s Church Haggardstown arriving for Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations, in lieu, to North Louth Hospice and Homecare Foundation.
May he rest in peace.
