Dr. Eileen Reilly

Dr. Eileen Reilly, archaeologist, wife and mother, late of Richmond Road, Dublin 3 and originally of Donaghmede. Adored wife of  Ronan (O'Brien) and mother to the wonderful Áine aged 9. Tragically missed by her father Willie and parents-in-law Bill and Kay.  Predeceased by her wonderful mother Jo. Beloved sister of Abina, Bill and Joe, sister-in-law of Eanna, Fiachra, Michelle, Suzanne, Tara and Justyna and aunt to Yvonne and Liam. Will be sadly missed by her uncles, aunts and many cousins, the archaeological community (her life's vocation), her Labour Party comrades and all who knew just how special she was.

Reposing in Kirwan's Funeral Home, Fairview Strand on Sunday (29th) between 4pm and 6pm with a cremation service at Glasnevin on Monday the 30th at 3pm.

Thanks to Dr. Cathy Kelly, her medical team the nursing staff of the Oncology Day Ward, St. Vincent’s Ward and Palliative Care Team, Mater Hospital, for their wonderful care.
