Suddenly, at University College Hospital, Galway, with his loving children by his side.
Predeceased by his parents Gerard and Lucie Little and by his siblings Darragh and Catriona.
Dearly beloved Dad of Louise & Conor and grandad of Darragh and Orlagh. Deeply mourned by his heartbroken daughter and son and their mum Rosemary, his adored grandchildren, Louise’s partner Dale, Conor’s partner Orla, beloved sister Gwenda (Mc Inerney), brother Malcolm and their families, nieces, nephews, cousins, the extended family, colleagues and patients, friends including his Rugby friends, former school friends and fishing pals, in particular, his best friend Alan.
A blessing for Greg will take place privately, prior to a committal service at Shannon Crematorium, on Thursday, 19th August, 2021, at 4pm.
This service will take place in accordance with current national guidelines on funerals and the attendance will be limited to 50 people including family and friends.

As a mark of respect to Dr. Greg the funeral cortège will leave from his home in Knocknacarra at 2.30 p.m. via Taylor's Hill to pass by some of the places he spent so much time in during his life:
his former surgery on St. Mary’s Road, University College Hospital and NUIG (via the side entrance on Lower Newcastle Road).
If you would like to stand anywhere along the route please do so safely. No flowers please.
