The death has occurred of
Dr. Tom Cavanagh
Cavanagh (Fermoy, Co. Cork & "Cavanagh’s of Fermoy") peacefully, on Thursday, September 8th 2022, after a long life, in his 92nd year, surrounded by his four children, at his home Rathcairn, Cork Rd., Fermoy. Tom, beloved husband of his late wife Marie (née O’Neill) & brother of his late sister Nuala Murnaghan. Sadly missed & lovingly remembered by his children, Fiona (Collier), Conor, Maeve (O’Shaughnessy) & Ronan, daughters-in-law Jackie & Clodagh, sons-in-law Tom & Jim, his 15 grandchildren & 11 great-grandchildren, sister Máire O’Reilly, extended family, friends & neighbours.

Reposing at his home in Rathcairn, Cork Road, Fermoy, Co. Cork (P61 EV50) on Friday Sept 9th from 5pm to 8pm. Reception into St. Patrick’s Church, Fermoy, on Saturday, Sept 10th 2022, at 1.30pm for 2pm Requiem Mass. Funeral afterwards in Kilcrumper Old Cemetery, Fermoy.
