Duncan passed peacefully, but unexpectedly, from this life on Wednesday 19th February 2025 in the wonderful care of the staff of Portiuncula Hospital, Ballinasloe, Co Galway.

He is predeceased by his mother Olga, father Thomas and brother William.

Duncan will be sadly missed by brothers Tomas and Angus, daughters Derval and Niamh, nieces Sarah and Anna, former spouse Annemarie, members of the extended family and friends.

Private cremation will take place in Mount Jerome Crematorium, Dublin and Duncan will be laid to rest with his parents.
