It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Dylan Fleming who left us peacefully on March 9th surrounded by his loving family and in the wonderful care of the staff of Marymount Hospice.
Dylan will be sadly missed by his heartbroken wife Melanie, parents Ger, Rhiannon, Sarita and Dave, sisters Rachel, Anna and Thea, brother Leon, mother-in-law Margaret and father-in-law Denis, brothers-in-law Dave Condon, Dylan and Caleb Dineen, niece Zoӫ, grandparents and all his aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was a beloved friend and a kind soul who touched the lives of many. Dylan will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his warmth and love will remain forever in our hearts.

Reposing at his mother’s home in Granig, Minane Bridge (P17 V211) on Monday 10th March from 4pm – 7pm. Dylan’s Funeral Mass (which will be live streamed at http://lifeisariver.com/) will take place at 3.15pm on Tuesday 11th March in St Brigid’s Church, Crosshaven followed by cremation at Island Crematorium at 5pm. The ceremony at the Island Crematorium can be viewed at https://www.islandcrematorium.ie/services/.
