The death has occurred of
Dymphna Townsend Hackett
Dymphna Townsend Hackett, Bannon Terrace, Longford. Unexpectedly but peacefully at The Midland’s Regional Hospital Mullingar on 2nd February 2026.
Pre-deceased by her parents Joe and Tess, brothers Raymond, Joe and infant Christopher. Dymphna will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her family, sisters Marie Fogarty (Limerick), Teresa Feeley (U.K.), Kathleen Harley (Longford) and Deloras Bennett (Longford), brothers Zack (Longford) and Martin (U.K.), sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
May she rest in peace.
Reposing at Glennon’s Funeral Home, Ballinalee Road (N39 EC81) on Thursday 5th February from 6.00pm concluding with prayers at 8.00pm. A celebration of Dymphna’s life will take place in Glennon’s Funeral Home on Friday 6th February at 2.00pm, followed by cremation at Lakelands Crematorium , Cavan at 4.30pm.
