The death has occurred of
DYMPNA PENDER
Pender(Ballincollig and late of Ahascragh, Co. Galway) On 5th December 2025, peacefully in the presence of her loving family, Dympna, beloved wife of the late Kevin (Murphy), loving mother of Shaun and Zoë, dear sister of Maureen and the late Paddy and Bunny (Michael). Deeply missed by her loving family, son-in-law Noel (Gally) and daughter-in-law Julie. Adored Nana D to her granddaughters Maeve and Eloise. Fondly remembered by her brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended family and a wide circle of wonderful friends.
Reposing at her home (P31W206) on Monday (8th) from 4:00pm until 8:00pm. Dympna will be received into St. Mary and St. John’s Church, Ballincollig on Tuesday (9th) at 11:00am for a Celebration of Life Ceremony which may be viewed here (Link Here). Followed by cremation at The Island Crematorium.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Alzheimers Society of Ireland (Link Here).
