O’REILLY Eamon (Edward) (Clontarf, Dublin 3 and late of the Irish Prison Service) – 16th September 2022, (peacefully), surrounded by his family, in the exceptional and wonderful care of the Little Sisters of the Poor at the Sacred Heart Residence, Sybil Hill. Beloved husband of May for sixty-five years, cherished Dad to Denise, Michael, Patricia and Catriona, loving father-in-law to Eliz, John, John and Jim, devoted granddad to Niamh, Ciara, Ian and Colin, David, Suzanne and Andrew, Gary, Keith and Stephen, Robert, Katie, Megan, Hazel, Wayne and Trevor and doting great-granddad to his great-grandchildren. Deeply regretted by his wife, son, daughters, in-laws, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister Doreen, sisters-in-law Ross and Lucy, all his lovely nieces and nephews, extended family, neighbours, former colleagues in the Irish Prison Service and his many friends.
Reposing at the Kirwan Funeral Home, Fairview Strand, on Tuesday evening (September 20th) with a Gathering of Family and Friends from 5 o'clock to 7 o'clock. Removal on Wednesday morning (September 21st) to the Church of St. John the Baptist, Clontarf, arriving for 11.30 o'clock Requiem Mass, with Funeral thereafter to Glasnevin Crematorium.
